We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all unused, unworn, and non-customized jewellery, provided it is returned in its original condition with all tags, certificates (where applicable), and original packaging intact.

• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item has been delivered.
• Free gifts received as part of any promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
