How long will I be a member of the Programme?
Once you join the Pearl Rewards Program, you are a member forever.
Can I redeem Pearl Points with other offers?
Loyalty points are like your money that you can combine with any offer/ promotion/ discount.
Can I redeem Pearl Points with other coupon codes?
Loyalty points can’t be redeemed if there is an active coupon code applied to your cart.
How can I redeem my Pearl Points?
Within the 'Pearl Rewards' menu, you can check how many points you have, how to earn more points and how to redeem.
If you want to redeem,
Log into your account by clicking ‘Sign in’. Enter your mobile number and OTP.
Then go to Pearl rewards section.
Click on ‘Ways to redeem’ and then click on ‘View’.
Then you can redeem your points as many as you can on the basis of 100 points = 10 INR
Discount codes will have prefix "PearlReward"
Note: Minimum of 1000 points, and a maximum of 10000 points at a time, is required for redemption of points.
Are there any restrictions on using the Pearl Points?
Only one discount code is applicable on a single purchse.
Min Redemtion Amount: 1000 Points
Max Redemtion Amount: 10000 Points
Minimum Purchase Amount: ₹2,000
Where can I check my Pearl Points balance?
Log into your account by clicking ‘Sign in’. Enter your mobile number and OTP and check ‘My Account’.
There you’ll find ‘Rewards’. By clicking on it you can check your points.
Your point balance will appear under ‘Your Pearl Points’ section
How long will it take for the Pearl Points to post to my account?
Your points will automatically post to your account after a purchase is completed from our end.
