Refund policy
RETURNS
We are happy to offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. We do not offer refunds/credit notes on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Email us at info@chandranipearls.net with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:

Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday). In certain cases, a pickup fee may apply.

A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pickup again

COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account. The coupon code and store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the website. PLEASE NOTE: that while Store Credit can be used partially, your coupon code must be used all at once.

Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will either refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days or offer store credit into your account, as per the customer’s choice.

Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

In case of return of any product that is in proper condition, the customer will have to pay an amount of Rs. 200.
WARRANTY
Currently, we provide a 6 month warranty on personalized name products. If your product fades within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it for you free of charge. You can email our customer service at info@chandranipearls.net to get your product replated.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange an item purchased on www.chandranipearls.net with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
CANCELLATIONS
We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at info@chandranipearls.net with your order number within 12 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR GOLD JEWELLERY
At Chandrani Pearls, we strive to provide you with the highest quality gold jewellery. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Returns:
1.1. Non-Customized Jewellery: If you are not completely satisfied with your non-customized gold jewellery purchase, you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note the following conditions:
- The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice must be provided.
- The return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
- Please contact our office at info@chandranipearls.net to initiate the return process.
1.2. Customized Jewellery: Customized gold jewellery, including personalized designs and engraved items, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
2. Exchanges:
2.1. Non-Customized Jewellery: If you would like to exchange your non-customized gold jewellery for another product, you can do so within 15 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions apply:
- The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice must be provided.
- The exchange will be done for a product of equal or higher value. If the new product has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- The shipping charges for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
2.2. Customized Jewellery: Due to the personalized nature of customized gold jewellery, we do not offer exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you encounter any issues with your customized jewellery, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you accordingly.
Lifetime Exchange and Return
3. Valuation for Returns and Exchanges: In case at any time you would like to return or exchange your gold jewelery, you can do so by contacting our customer support who will initiate the exchange/return process.
4. Exchange: For exchanges involving gold and diamond jewellery, the valuation will be based on the current market rate of gold (less making charges) and 95% of the prevailing diamond rate on the website. The amount to be exchange will be calculated accordingly.
5. Refunds: For refunds involving gold and diamond jewellery, the valuation will be based on 95% of the current market rate of gold (less making charges) and 90% of the prevailing diamond rate on the website. The amount to be exchange will be calculated accordingly.
5.1. If you are eligible for a refund based on our return policy, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within [number of days] days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
5.2. Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.

International Orders Return & Refund Policy
At Chandrani Pearls, every order is carefully checked, packed, and dispatched with utmost care. Due to the nature of international shipping, customs handling, duties, and cross-border logistics, international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received by the customer.
No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Size, style, or colour preference after delivery
Minor colour variation due to photography, screen settings, or lighting
Delayed delivery due to customs clearance or courier delays
Refusal to pay applicable customs duty, VAT, taxes, or courier handling charges
Products that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, the following must be shared:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A full unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time
- Description of the issue
Please note that claims raised without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Review & Approval
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the details and confirm whether the product is eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Approval will be at the discretion of Chandrani Pearls after reviewing the product condition, order details, and supporting evidence.
Return Shipping & Customs
If a return is approved by us, the product must be shipped back in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, certificates, invoices, and accessories intact.
For international orders:
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
Customs duty, VAT, taxes, courier handling fees, and import charges are non-refundable.
Any customs charges applicable during return shipping or re-import will be deducted from the final refund, if applicable.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and cleared through customs in India.

Please do not send back any product without written confirmation from our team. Any product returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
