This Agreement is between Chandrani Pearls Limited ("Chandrani Pearls ") and you, as an authorized user of Chandrani Pearls products and services, and governs the terms and conditions of your use of Chandrani Pearls products and services (?Terms of Use?). This Agreement, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by Chandrani Pearls (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitutes the entire agreement between Chandrani Pearls and you regarding Chandrani Pearls Products and Services, and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and stain/paint variations, printers etc we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen or as prints is an exact colour of the product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. The representation of colours, gloss levels, metallic pigment effects, and textures are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings. All colours are approximations of actual colours. We cannot be responsible for these differences.
No two pearls are identical, they will vary. Since most of our products are made from real pearls their colour and pattern can vary from the actual shade that you order. The pictures should be used to only get a general feel for the product's pattern and colour.
You must agree to authorize Chandrani Pearls to send notifications on SMS/Messages/Promotional/Information Messages by Signing up or by buying from Chandrani Pearls online or offline.

Out of Stock Items
We try to ensure that all items in the shop are available for immediate dispatch; however, sometimes items do go out of stock before we can update the site. On these occasions we will e-mail you with an expected new stock arrival date, and you will be given the option of a replacement item or a refund if you are not prepared to wait the time specified for new stock.
Export Policy
Chandrani Pearls currently only delivers its products within India only.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chandrani Pearls, its vendors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Chandrani Pearls Products. Chandrani Pearls reserves the right, at its own expense and in its sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In that event, and only in such event, shall you have no further obligation to provide indemnification for Chandrani Pearls in that matter.
Trademarks
All trademarks appearing on the Chandrani Pearls Products are the property of Chandrani Pearls, including, without limitation, Chandrani Pearls Limited
Miscellaneous
The provisions of these Terms of Use addressing disclaimers of representations and warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity obligations, intellectual property and governing law shall survive the termination of these Terms of Use and your Transaction with the Chandrani Pearls Products.
Gift Coupon
All Gift Coupons are applicable for online purchases only. Chandrani Pearls reserves the right to discontinue the offer without prior notice. Offer can not be clubbed with any other offer. Coupons can not be exchanged in lieu of cash.
- Gift Vouchers are only valid for online purchases. The coupon codes on the Gift Voucher shall be redeemed only on chandranipearls.in
- The discount will not apply to the shipping charge.
- Only one voucher can be used on a single purchase Multiple coupons cannot be used against an order and are valid only till supplies last.
- The discount is calculated only on the product price and isn't applicable to the special handling charge if the same is applicable for a particular product.

- Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- The value of the Gift Voucher is applicable to the total purchase value including VAT and applicable taxes.
- The Gift Voucher can be redeemed entirely or partially and where the Gift Voucher is redeemed partially, the balance available shall be used within the expiry date of the voucher.
- The entire value of the Gift Voucher shall be used through one or more transactions within the date of expiry.
- The validity of the Gift Voucher shall not be extended and new Gift Vouchers shall not be provided against the unused/expired vouchers.
- The Gift Voucher value utilized shall not be refunded in case of returns, however, in case of an exchange, such value shall be adjusted.
- The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a Gift Voucher, but are transferable.
- The Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded or resold.
- In the event the beneficiary /Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Chandrani Pearls retains the right to cancel the Gift Voucher issued.
- Chandrani Pearls shall not be liable and responsible, in any manner whatsoever, if Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission or for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the Gift Voucher. The holder of the Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Gift Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
- The Gift Voucher is the property of Chandrani Pearls to whom it should be returned on request.

Pricing

For any reason if we are not able to ship you the product(s) as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
