I usually purchase pearl jewelry online from different sellers, as I live outside India. This time, I ordered a bangle for my mom, which was advertised with a complimentary pair of earrings.
Pros: The delivery was on time.
Cons: The quality of the bangle was average and not worth the price. There was no clear mention of pearl grading (A/AA/AAA), which is commonly provided by other reputable sellers. The pearl size mentioned in the description was misleading. Most importantly, I did not receive the complimentary earrings, yet they were included in the bill. I contacted customer care and shared photos (taken by my 70+ year-old mom), but unfortunately, there was no resolution and the missing item was not sent. The package arrived intact with no signs of tampering from the courier side, which I also communicated. My experience: 1) I did not receive what was promised. 2) I was billed for an item that was not delivered. This raises concerns about inventory checks and billing practices. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I would advise buyers to exercise caution.
