I made the purchase online for a gift. Not a single pearl in the chain is close to being round shaped, the back of the earings have gone black. No chandrani pearl charm on the necklace as shown in the pictures in the website. I strongly recommend buying products offline in stores. The quality control for online purchase is clearly a disaster. Not happy with what I have received.

We would like to clarify that the pearls used in the necklace are freshwater pearls. Freshwater pearls are naturally formed and may vary in shape, size, and surface characteristics; they are not necessarily perfectly round.
Regarding the earrings, we use stainless steel (SS) metal, which is hypoallergenic and generally does not react with the skin.
